Oh Divino Espíritu Santo, dame un corazón grande:
Abierto a tu silenciosa y fuerte palabra inspiradora,
Cerrado a todas las ambiciones mezquinas,
Ajeno a cualquier despreciable competición humana,
Compenetrado del sentido de la Santa Iglesia.
Un corazón grande:
Deseoso de volverse semejante al Corazón del Señor Jesús.
Un corazón grande y fuerte:
Para amar a todos, para servir a todos y para sufrir por todos.
Un corazón grande y fuerte:
Para superar todas las probaciones, todo tedio, todo cansancio, toda desilusión, toda ofensa.
Un corazón grande y fuerte:
Constante hasta el sacrificio, cuando sea necesario.
Un corazón cuya felicidad sea palpitar con el Corazón de Cristo,
y cumplir humilde, fiel y virilmente (marianamente) la Voluntad del Padre.

POPE PAUL VI'S PERSONAL DAILY INVOCATION TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Divine Holy Spirit, give me a great heart, carefully open:
To your silent and strong inspiring word;
Closed to all mean ambitions;
Against or indifferent to any human contemptible competition;
Filled with faithfulness to the holy Church.

Give me a great heart that desires to become like the Heart of Our Lord Jesus; 
A great and strong heart to love everyone, serve everyone and suffer for everyone;

A great and strong heart to overcome all trials, tedium, weariness, every disillusion and offence.

Give me a great and strong heart, constant, to the point of sacrifice, when necessary.

A heart whose happiness consists in beating with the Heart of Christ,
