Becoming a "percent" Providence of St. K. Drexel Stewardship Program is for Christians' open to consider any of our Ministries worthy of a %Tithe commitment (or a small portion of your Church Tithe); and for Christians not willing to select any of our Ministries, but are determined to start tithing to their own Church or Ministry, completely outside the Pope Paul VI's umbrella of Ministries.
The main condition to subscribe starts with a commitment to never determine any amount to be donated as Tithe, only commit to a specific percentage, under any experimental time-frame. Whenever we promised or desire to pledge only predefined amount of money, asset or time, or do so under a top ceiling limit, we remove from God His power to bless a such offer with His sovereignty generosity. On the other hand, even if the percentage commitment is a negligible percentage from (i.e.) net profits, then God's generosity is fully free to act in favor of BOTH! In addition, the subscriber cannot touch the resulted portion which God will grant to him, let's say, 90% for tithe-based pledges, until after the 10% is fully transferred and available for the choose Ministry to use it, either conditionally or unconditionally, as a moment of sincere celebration for the Donor, because God love who gives with joy and expectation for such opportunities. As St. Paul said to the Corinthians 2- 9:6-7: “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver!” Only after that, B%-Providence donors can start to use their God-granted 90% (in case of a Tithe-based pledge).
Unfortunately, very few Christians' donors, especially business owners, really understand this powerful supernatural Law, otherwise the whole world would change in a matter of weeks.
The second condition is to understand the priority of Church, religious and any other Christian-based formational, pastoral or sacramental budged, above the charitable or outreach budgets pre-assigned to relive poverty, despite being extremely important and essential for any Christian Community.
