SFT04- Terror, radicalization and violent extremism "Prevention Systems", Preventive Laws & Policies, Preventive Initiatives
The Nuremberg definition of what is a "crime against humanity," not only for the ICC proceedings and the UN as a whole (Rome Statute), should be somehow formally "redefined," also by as many individual Nations as possible (under label variations and swift prosecution laws), to severely include "Terrorism" as a new separated and explicit category, not necessarily interconnected (like the other nine types of crimes) to "international armed conflicts" and "directed against a specific civilian population" or perpetrated on large scale to be considered so. The international Culture as a whole, in particular the juridical, diplomatic and military world. should absorb ASAP, as intolerable, any terrorist acts, including pro-suicide Jihad indoctrination, for what it really is: Crime against humanity.
